Chocolate Bark Experience
An Immersive Chocolate Experience by Sweet Bites con Amor
Discover the fascinating world of chocolate through an engaging and hands-on workshop where guests create their own personalized chocolate bark while learning the art behind professional chocolate making.
This interactive experience begins with a live chocolate tempering demonstration performed on a traditional marble slab, where participants learn the technique used to achieve chocolate’s signature shine, smooth texture, and perfect snap.
Once the chocolate is perfectly tempered, each participant pours and designs their own chocolate bark using a curated selection of toppings including nuts, candies, marshmallows, and other sweet additions to create a unique and delicious masterpiece.
After a brief cooling period, the chocolate is manually broken into rustic bark pieces and packaged as a delightful edible souvenir guests can enjoy during the event or take home.
Blending live demonstration, creativity, and hands-on participation, this workshop offers a memorable culinary experience ideal for chocolate lovers, hotel guests, private events, corporate gatherings, and visitors looking for a unique activity.
